Furthermore, should the chatbot be successful, the client is interested in rolling out the chatbot as a white-label service to other companies to implement on their website at a reasonable cost. Therefore the design should be clean, simple and classic to appeal to a wide audience and evoke associations with major technology players like apple to instil credibility and trust.
