ITSAPARK launched its first beta version in the Spring of 2019 based on a peer-to-peer fashion forum idea. During autumn ‘19 I was part of the small core team who, based on extensive user feedback, behaviour and AB testing, re-developed the product to offer a curated multi-brand fashion platform. During the third quarter of 2020, we took the digital product through a third iteration based on customer needs and transformed into a sustainable lifestyle e-commerce platform. Throughout the development we took a test, learn adapt approach to optimise our product offering for our users.
My role was integral in developing and launching the product and brand concept, alongside the content strategy and securing consistent communications across all touch-points. This involved close cross-collaboration with product, design and content teams and working with the challenges of localising our concept to the German market.
